Situated in a most stunning location overlooking Brandon Bay, Paudeens has amazing views of the Atlantic ocean and surrounding mountains. It is the perfect place from which to 'check the surf' and the weather! while relaxing over breakfast.

Newly rebuilt in 2005, Paudeens is a warm comfortable house. It comes fully furnished with all mod-cons including washer/dryer, microwave and TV/DVD.It has oil central heating and a wood-burning stove. All 4 bedrooms are en-suite and bed linen and towels are provided.

It is a two-storey building with the option of dividing up and downstairs into 2 separate apartments each with it's own kitchen. The property has a large garden with ample parking which backs onto the beach.
